• Late Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur forfeiture of the deposit (if any).

2. Refund Policy

• Service Refunds:
  • Prepaid packages or services are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or exchanged for a different service of equal or lesser value.
  • If a service is not provided due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, clients may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the service.
• Deposits:
  • Deposits paid to secure appointments or treatments are non-refundable but can be used for rescheduling if the cancellation is made within the notice period.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients are encouraged to reschedule instead of cancelling to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling requests must comply with the same notice periods outlined above.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Dr Abby Clinic values our clients, and we understand that emergencies can occur. In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, we may waive cancellation fees upon receiving supporting documentation.
